Personal information processed when you create an account with VIGT:

When you create an account with VIGT, we ask you to provide us with your email address and name. You can choose to provide only your first name or a nickname instead of your full name, if you prefer.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

a) VIGT processes your email address because you use your email address and password to log in to your account. The legal basis for processing your email address is based on VIGT's legitimate interests in protecting the security of your account.

b) VIGT also processes your email address for the purpose of sending you important information about VIGT products, apps or your account with the company, such as important security information or material changes to its privacy policy. The name you provide is linked to your account identification profile and is disclosed when you submit comments or other content to the VIGT website or app. The legal grounds for processing your email address and name for this purpose are VIGT's legitimate interests in providing you with important security information and other information about VIGT products, apps or your account with the company or material changes to its privacy policy and to enable you to communicate with other VIGT users.

d) VIGT will also process your email address by linking it to your VIGT account when you communicate with our customer service representatives. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interests in providing you with a high-quality customer service.

Personal information processed when you interact with VIGT

When you interact with our customer service representatives via email, phone, online or in person, we collect personal information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and communication preferences, and information about products you own from the VIGT company, such as serial number and date of transaction.

To improve our customer service, subject to applicable law, we may also record and review conversations with customer service representatives and analyze feedback voluntarily provided to us in customer surveys. Our customer service representatives may, where appropriate and with your permission, log into your VIGT company account to help troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

We use this information to provide you with business and product support and also to monitor the quality and types of customer and product support we provide to our customers. The legitimate grounds for processing this information in this regard are the legitimate interests of VIGT in providing quality product support. Your consent, which you can withdraw, is the legitimate grounds for us to log into your VIGT account as appropriate to help resolve your issue and resolve your problem.

Personal information processed when you purchase a product on the VIGT website:

If you have purchased a product on the VIGT website, VIGT will collect your name, mailing address and telephone number. We do not view or store your payment card information. A third party, Borgun, Korta or Valitor, processes customer payment card information when VIGT customers use a payment card to shop on the VIGT website. We recommend that you carefully review the privacy policies of Borgun, Korta and Valitor.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:

We collect your name, mailing address and telephone number in order to process your order and complete your transaction. The performance of a contract is the legal basis for processing your name, mailing address and telephone number for this purpose. We also process your personal data as part of our fraud detection process. Our legitimate interests in protecting VIGT and our customers from attempts to engage in fraudulent transactions are the legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose.

VIGT uses third-party cloud services such as MAILCHIMP to assist in sending emails. These services track activity related to these emails, whether they are opened, which links were clicked on, and whether transactions were generated from opening these links. VIGT uses this data to analyze the level of engagement with these emails. VIGT uses third-party service providers to deliver purchased products and to help us better understand the use of VIGT's online store, as well as VIGT's websites and apps.

Other disclosure:

We may disclose personal information about you to others: a) if we have valid consent to do so, b) to comply with a valid subpoena, legal obligation, court order, legal process or other legal obligation, c) to enforce our terms, conditions and policies, or d) as necessary to comply with available legal remedies or defend legal claims. VIGT website for mobile:

We also collect data from users regarding their use of the VIGT mobile website.
